Summary[]
When Shirley spots Rita, on the the school kichen workers, stuffing food into her pockets, she knows there's something wrong. Sure enough, when she follows the woman, she discovers that Rita's niece, Luisa, is hiding - terrified of "El Condor", the mysterious gang leader who is threatening to reveal her secret.
Shirley decides to investigate futher, little knows it will involve her with a group of refugees sold into slavery, and a greedy diplomat who ought to know better. However, as Shirley investigates further she is overpowered, faints and bundled into a car and kidnapped,
