Filming locations[]
As in most of the series, locations meant to portray the original story's London and Norfolk countryside setting actually utilised the north of England for both exterior and interior filming, albeit on carefully chosen sites. Leighton Hall in Carnforth, Lancashire, was used as the primary stand-in for the fictional Ridling Thorpe Manor. [1] [2] [3]
